Marketing Manager
Responsibilities
Developing and implementing a go-to-market strategy across different channels
Identifying effective channels and calculating ROMI
Designing funnels and achieving lead and conversion targets
Preparing technical specifications for line specialists (targetologists, copywriters, designers, photographers)
Strategic advertising and budget planning
Interacting with internal and external contractors
Planning and coordinating the marketing team’s work
Market, trend, and competitor analysis
Organizing a continuous process of testing and improvements
Conducting competitive analysis to identify competitors' strengths and weaknesses in terms of service quality, promotion, price, and functionality
Requirements
3+ years of experience with tier-1 products
Strong analytical skills, confident knowledge of marketing tools
Experience with contextual advertising (context, SEO, email, targeting, SMM)
Understanding of PPC, Paid Social, and traffic attribution principles
Ability to build Influencer Marketing strategies
Knowledge of Affiliate Marketing principles
Proficient in English
