We are looking for an experienced and visionary Head of Influencer Marketing Manager.

Role Overview:

As the Influencer Marketing Manager you will be responsible for building collaboration strategy for the new product on the tier-1 market.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a targeted influencer collaboration strategy for the new product, focusing on increasing brand awareness in Tier 1 markets.

  • Identify key influencers who align with company goals and can facilitate rapid market entry.

  • Conduct market research to find influencers capable of effectively promoting the product to the target audience.

  • Establish initial contacts with influencers, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements.

  • Create and execute creative campaigns to promote the product via influencers.

  • Coordinate all campaign stages, from planning through implementation and post-campaign analysis.

  • Define key performance metrics (KPIs) for each campaign.

  • Analyze campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions) and report insights to leadership.

  • Negotiate collaboration costs, contract terms, and deliverable timelines.

  • Draft contracts and ensure compliance by both parties.

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to integrate influencer campaigns into the overall product marketing strategy.

  • Work with the PR team to ensure unified messaging around the product.

  • Continuously monitor influencer marketing trends to identify new promotional opportunities.

  • Quickly adapt partnership strategies to market changes or user feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or influencer marketing.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience in negotiations and contract management.

  • Analytical skills and data-driven mindset.

  • Knowledge of various social media platforms and their specific influencer dynamics.

  • Project management and budget management experience.

  • Fluency in English
